Your right of withdrawal from She Starts Over membership

The simplest way: just leave the community

If you leave She Starts Over in Heartbeat within your first 14 days, we treat that as a withdrawal. You do not need this page, an email or a form, and your refund follows automatically.

In Heartbeat: hover over your profile in the top-right corner, select Account & Settings, then Leave this Community.

This page is here for anyone who would rather put it in writing, or who cannot reach Heartbeat.

Withdraw in writing instead

Send us the statement below and your membership contract ends. You do not have to explain why.

We will confirm by email, without delay, that we have received your withdrawal, stating what you told us and the date and time it arrived. If you do not receive that confirmation, email urte@shestartsover.com so we can check.

What happens next

Your access ends on the day you withdraw.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method you used, with no fee.
Nothing is deducted. You get all your money back, even if you used the community while you were a member.

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up.

This is different from ordinary cancelling

The right on this page applies in the first 14 days only, and it ends the contract from the start.

After 14 days, you can still cancel at any time. Ordinary cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. To do that, open Heartbeat, hover over your profile in the top-right corner, select Account & Settings, then Leave this Community. Or just email us and we will do it for you.

Section 7 and section 8 of the Terms & Conditions set out both routes in full.

When the right does not apply

The right of withdrawal on this page is a consumer right. If you joined clearly in the course of your business rather than as a consumer, it does not apply to you, although you can still cancel at any time as described above.
