Because building a successful business shouldn't mean carrying everything alone.
Where meaningful connections begin
You've built a business around your expertise, whether that's coaching, marketing, branding, design, consulting, or something entirely your own.
And while you're proud of what you've built, you don't believe success should come at the expense of the life you're creating.
You want to grow your business without feeling like you have to carry everything yourself. You've done the networking events. The small talk. The endless LinkedIn connections.
Now you're looking for something deeper. Meaningful relationships with women who understand the realities of entrepreneurship: women who celebrate your wins, support you through the difficult moments, and remind you that you don't have to carry it all alone.
We believe the strongest businesses aren't built by founders who do everything themselves, but by founders who know when to ask for help, lean on others, and surround themselves with the right people.
Because the women in your corner don't just change your business. They change how it feels to build it.
A few years ago, I found myself moving from one milestone to the next without stopping to ask what I actually wanted my life to look like. What kind of life am I trying to build? What does success actually mean to me? And what am I willing, or unwilling, to sacrifice for it?
I wanted to start over, not by starting from scratch, but by intentionally redesigning my life around what truly matters to me.
When I eventually started my own business, I was looking for something many of us are searching for: more freedom and alignment.
It turns out I wasn't the only one. So many women start businesses looking for more freedom, yet somewhere along the way entrepreneurship quietly becomes another version of the life they were trying to leave behind: filled with more pressure, more responsibility, and the feeling that everything depends on them.
That's when everything clicked. Building a successful business shouldn't come at the expense of the life you wanted it to create. And it shouldn't mean carrying everything alone.
That's why I created She Starts Over: a trusted circle for women who believe there's a more intentional way to build, where meaningful relationships, shared support and genuine connection are just as important as business growth.
Because when you have the right women in your corner, you don't just build a better business. You build one that supports the life you're creating.
We alternate between Founder Circles, where we tackle a real business challenge together, and Feedback Sessions, where you receive thoughtful input on your content, offer or next move.
↻ flip backThe space between sessions where the real relationships are built. Share your weekly intentions, celebrate the wins, ask for advice, or simply check in when your mind won't switch off. This is where day-to-day connection lives.
↻ flip backA dedicated space to pause before the next month begins. Together, we'll reflect on what's energising you, what's draining you, and whether your business is still supporting the life you're building.
↻ flip backFrom cosy brunches and dinners to occasional co-working days, we create space to connect beyond the screen. Because some conversations are better over coffee and croissants.
